  • Managed the Project Management Office (PMO) including two consultants and the client’s 23 work stream leads. Provided the support and guidance via a PMO structure to finalise a new operating model, support new business processes and develop a robust plan to guide and manage the implementation of the client’s 23 internal process improvement work streams.
  • Was highly successful in developing and implementing the change effort, translating the outcomes of a large scale organisational change and operational cost reduction project into a deliverable reality adding value of circa $40 million.
  • Identified, via 23 work streams, a number of areas to reduce cost and improve workflow and process efficiencies which impacted roughly 500 mining professionals across both eight operating sites and within the Brisbane office.
