 Appointed on an interim basis to restructure the company, drive an Asian business strategy and transition the company from an unconventional energy company into a resource developer leading various project management teams throughout Australia and Asia.

•  Prepared an Asian market entry business strategy for Board, gaining sign off for implementation that delivered the company`s first Asian Joint Venture Project.
• Restructured the company to take out some $1.8 million of costs within 12 months of appointment.
• Raised millions of new equity from investors in Australia & Asia using funds to complete a drilling program discovering some 200 million tonnes of JORC compliant metallurgical coal in Central Queensland
